NHS Online Request Forms

At St. George’s Library we appreciate how busy our NHS library members are. To make things easier we’ve developed these online request forms to help you access library information more quickly, delivered to your ward, unit, clinic or office.

These services are primarily aimed at NHS/Social Care staff who find it difficult to physically access the library. However journal article requests may also be used by staff based at the St. George’s site for a small fee.

Students are expected to make personal visits to the library to pick-up books or journal articles
