January 1st 2009 will see a revamp of the website NHS staff use to access over 3,000 electronic journals and St. George’s Library print journals information. The My Journals site at http://journals.library.nhs.uk gives you access to full text electronic journals available to NHS staff  and details of print journals available in St. George’s Library for staff logging in with a Wandsworth PCT or St. George’s Healthcare NHS Trust Athens password.

For a preview  visit http://www.library.nhs.uk/booksandjournals/journals/  where the new A-Z look and feel  has already gone live.

As part of the revamp the My Journals Table of Contents Alerts service is being discontinued.  If you have any alerts in  the outgoing My Journals service you will need to set them up again in Zetoc to  receive emailed or RSS journal table of contents alerts. Contact the library for further details on ext 5441 (020 8725 5441)
