Jenner’s cow, Blossom being removed, Mon 15th March

Jenner’s cow, Blossom, is being removed for restoration on Monday the 15th of March.

This is likely to cause some noise and disruption in the main area of the library.

Please use the CRR’s or Silent Study area for alternative study locations

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    I would love to see a photo of the cow that Edward Jenner was able to use to get cowpox from.

      Blossom (Jenner’s cow) is currently not housed in the Library as she is being restored and conserved. Unfortunately we don’t have access to photos of her as she was however please keep an eye on this blog and/or the Library webpages for news of when she will return.
