To the uninitiated CKS is a source of evidence-based information and practical ‘know how’ about the common conditions managed in primary care. It is aimed at healthcare professionals working in primary and first-contact care.

The CKS team have recently added 8 new topics includingEdit

– Cervical cancer and HPV
– Diabetes type 1
– Diarrhoea – adults assessment
– Insulin therapy in type 1 diabetes
– Pancreatitis – acute
– Pancreatitis – chronic
– Pityriasis rosea
– Whooping cough
