Library User satisfaction Survey

March 21, 2011 at 12:16 pm 2 comments

How can we improve the quality of library and knowledge services for you?

St. George’s Library is running this survey of NHS users until Monday 11th April so we can monitor the services we offer you and plan for the future.

You do not have to provide your contact details, but if you do we can follow up any issues. We will also enter you into a prize draw for a £100 donation to a health charity of your choice and a £30.00 book token.

The survey runs until 11th April so please give us your views.

Many thanks for your time.
