Health and Social Care Bill explained

The Health and Social Care Bill is now in its Report Stage in the House of Lords.
The Department of Health has published a series of factsheets on the Health and Social Care Bill to explain particular topics contained in the Bill.
Collectively these factsheets cover:

  • an overview of the Bill and the case for change
  • the key policy areas in the Bill
  • the cross-cutting themes of the Bill

The factsheets can be downloaded from the Department of Health website
