Library Induction for NHS Staff

Wednesday 12th September 10.00-10.30,

Library Training Room, Library, 1st Floor Hunter Wing

This session is available to all new staff members based at St. George’s or  the community as well as current staff  wishing to refresh their knowledge of how the library can support their evidence based practice, teaching and learning.

The session incorporates a tour of the Library, an introduction to the resources and services available to NHS users, the basics of using the Library catalogue and regsitering to use the Library and online Athens resources.

Guides to resources and services are available to take away. A tailored programme of further training can be arranged.
