E-Journals and E-Books for NHS Staff . The session guides you around 3,000 NHS electronic journals and over 400 electronic books, direct from your desktop-Wednesday 18th March 1.00-2.30pm

Evidence-Based Healthcare Resources. Outlines the key high quality evidence-based healthcare resources- 11th February 10.30am-12.00pm

Healthcare Databases for Beginners. An introductory course to searching primary research databases such as Medline, Embase , Cinahl and Health Management databases via the National Library for Health Search- every Wednesday 4.00-5.00pm

Healthcare Databases in 120 Minutes. For those looking for a little more  from their information searching using advanced search techniques and alerts- Thursday February 2.00-4.00pm

PubMed. Improve your knowledge of this popular free version of  Medline- Wednesday 25th March- 10.00-12.00pm

Reference Manager. Learn how to manage your references and create speedy bibliographies- Tuesday 17th February 3.00-4.30pm and Tuesday 17th March 3.00-4.30pm

Researcher’s Toolbox. A half-day course concentrating on the the skills required to undertake a comprehensive search of the healthcare literature- Tuesday 24th February 10.0am-1.00pm
