NHS Healthcare databases Sunday 27th February

Please note that you may experience some difficulty connecting to full text articles via the NHS Healthcare databases on Sunday between 6am and 4pm due to essential maintenance being carried out on the site.   This disruption should only be for a short period so if you find you are having problems please keep trying.  NHS Evidence apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Evidence Based Medicine Reviews subscription ending 28th February 2011

NHS Athens users will no longer be able to access the above database via Ovid from next week. However the resources that were accessed via EBM can  be accessed elsewhere for free.

• Cochrane Methodology Register
• Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effects (DARE)
• Health Technology Assessment Database
• NHS Economic Evaluation Database

The Centre for Reviews and Dissemination database provides access to

• Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effects (DARE)
• NHS Economic evaluation database
• Health Technology Assessment Database

NHS Evidence 15th Febraury 2011

There may be some disruption to the NHS Evidence site tonight between 8pm and midnight while maintenance is carried out.  The NHS Healthcare databases will NOT be affected by this work.
