The Map provides clinicians with best practice pathways that represent an ideal approach to care from a clinical perspective, incorporating evidence-based information, expert knowledge and national policy.
Launched in 2009, NHS Evidence provides everyone working in health and social care to access a wide range of health information to help them deliver quality patient care.
